Refund Policy

Once services are engaged, you recognize that you are contractually bound to Forever Swim Week for the entire fee. All fees paid are non refundable and must be paid in full. It is further understood and agreed that if you or any third party paying fees on your behalf pays such fees through a debit card, credit card, or other electronic means, such payments cannot be revoked or reversed in any manner by you or such third party.

Certain features of the Site may be subject to additional guidelines, terms, or rules, which will be posted on the Site in connection with such features. All such additional terms, guidelines, and rules are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

User Content

“User Content” means any information or content submitted to the Site. You are solely responsible for your User Content and all associated risks.

Forever Swim Week is not responsible for backing up User Content and may remove it at any time.

Event Terms + Conditions

PAYMENTS
- All Attendee Fees must be paid before attending any event. This can be done on foreverswimweek.com.
  - Refunds are not permitted. Funds may be transferred to future events within 1 calendar year.
  - IF, for unforeseeable events that are beyond either party’s control, Paradise Challenge cancels a future event an Attendee has paid for, Attendee may chose to use said payment for a future event held within a calendar year or receive a full refund.
