Forever Swim Week is not a content creator and is not responsible for the creation, editing, or retouching of content. Participants are solely responsible for maintaining communication with the individuals they collaborate with in order to obtain the content produced.

Forever Swim Week does not own, distribute, license, or sell any content created during the event. Our role is limited to coordinating accommodations and securing the locations where content is produced.

TRAVELING

• How do I prepare for this? See your destination’s Travel 411 for details on your destination’s visa requirements and cultural laws, sensitivities, language, etc.

• How do I pack for this? See your destination’s Travel 411 for a packing recommendations list. Details concerning: Wardrobe, Footwear, Personal Hygiene, Equipment, number of recommended bag(s), etc. will be included.

• Will I be sharing a room with another guest?  We offer different room packages depending on the destination with those options specifically outlined and available when you purchase. Prices vary and roommates are assigned randomly for multiple occupancy rooms unless you specify roommate preference at the time of your registration.

SHOOTING

• Will I get to shoot with every model on the roster? It is possible and depends a lot on scheduling and number of models. We understand that some attendees are happy with only shooting a few times throughout the event while some are trying to shoot as much as possible. Our initial orientation is a great opportunity to make introductions and plan shoots with anyone who agrees to shoot with you. You are never forced to shoot with anyone who you would prefer not to shoot with. 

• How many images will I need to retouch and send to each model? We ask each photographer to provide a minimum of 2 retouched images per look. Some Events may have different edit requests, so please refer to your destination’s booking page. You may provide models with image proofs and offer additional retouched images at cost.

• What if I shot video? Video editing isn’t restricted to a distribution timeframe. We encourage all attendees to discuss details and expectations before shooting so all parties are within fair understanding of intention of all content produced.

• What image usage rights will I have? This is a collaborative event. As part of the creative team that produces digital content, you can use said content for portfolio and self-promotional use. If you are interested in using the content for commercial use, resale or any use outside the perimeters of personal portfolio, you must have all creators sign a release form for that specific commercial purpose(s). Paradise Challenge can provide you with a general release form if you do not have one. Release forms for commercial/print/otherwise are not provided.

• Can I shoot nudes? This is dependent on the location and legal permissions of the resort/villa as well as the country of the destination. If it is permitted, tasteful nudes are allowed with mutual consent between all creators involved.
